Create an account: Save your login details
First, open the account creation page in the VPN15 user dashboard. VPN15 requires no email address; create an account with a username and password. Choose a username you can remember and a unique password for the service. Before submitting, check your entries carefully, especially capitalization and any unintended spaces. You’ll need these login details to access your account, get your subscription, and view orders, so consider saving them in a trusted password manager.
Once the page confirms that your account has been created, open the user dashboard. If you’re taken to a login page, sign in with the details you just saved. Check that your account information looks right before going to the Plans section. If no routes appear yet, don’t create another account: account creation and plan activation are separate steps, and subscription routes depend on the plan status in your account.
To use the service on other devices, sign in to the same account. VPN15 allows unlimited simultaneous devices, so you don’t need to create a separate account for each one. You will need to import the client configuration on each device. Once you’ve saved your login details, choose a billing option that suits how often you’ll use the service.
Choose a plan: Check data and billing
Open the Plans page in the user dashboard. First, choose between a monthly plan and a data package, then select a tier. Monthly plans suit regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly from the date your plan starts, not at the beginning of each calendar month. If you’re new to the service, consider whether you’ll mainly use it for browsing, collaboration tools, or video streaming rather than choosing by price alone.
If your usage varies, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data is used as needed and never expires. The main difference between the two options is how long you have to use the data. With a monthly plan, keep track of the next reset date; with a data package, check your remaining balance. “Never expires” doesn’t mean unlimited data—usage still draws from the package allowance.
After choosing a plan, follow the dashboard prompts to place your order and pay. Before paying, check the plan name, price, and data allowance to make sure you’ve selected the right billing option. VPN15 accepts Alipay, WeChat, and USDT; follow the instructions on the payment page. After payment, return to the dashboard and check the order result and plan status. If the page hasn’t updated, refresh it first. Don’t assume activation is complete just because the payment window closed, and don’t submit payment again.
Consider the refund policy when choosing a plan: VPN15 offers a 7-day refund policy. See the Terms of Service for the application rules. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. After upgrading, check the expiry date and plan details shown in the dashboard. Once the plan is active, open your account overview to get your subscription.
Get your subscription: Add it to your client
Open the account overview in the user dashboard and find the subscription details or client import option. A subscription isn’t the name of a route; it’s how your client gets route configurations. After import, the client reads the route information from the subscription. When route configurations change, you can usually get the updates by refreshing the subscription rather than entering your account password again.
If the dashboard offers an import button for your client, follow the prompts to open the client and confirm the import source. Your browser may ask for permission to open the app; check that the app name matches the client you installed. If you haven’t installed a client yet, continue to the platform instructions below. Once installation is complete, return to the account overview and use the import option.
To add a subscription manually, copy the link from the dashboard, then open the subscription or configuration manager in your client and choose the option to add a remote configuration from a link. Paste the full subscription URL—not the browser address for your account overview or a link to an order page. Once imported, give the configuration a recognizable name, such as “VPN15,” then update it and check the route list.
Your subscription link is part of your account credentials, so protect it like a password. Don’t put it in public notes or show the full URL in screenshots when asking for help. The example below shows the format only; it’s not a working subscription. Don’t copy it into a client to try connecting:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
If your client says the format isn’t supported, first check that you copied the entire link and selected an import option compatible with the configuration type provided by the dashboard. Don’t paste your subscription into conversion sites you don’t trust. For more on configuration formats and route types, see our service selection guide. This guide continues with setup steps for VPN15 clients.
Import into a client on your platform
First, open the Downloads section in the user dashboard and get the VPN15 client for your operating system. Sign in to download on Windows, macOS, Android, or Linux; you don’t need a purchased plan. Downloading a client and getting a usable subscription are separate steps. The iOS download option requires a purchased, unexpired plan. If you don’t meet this requirement, follow the dashboard prompts to check your plan. Use the installation files and iOS download link provided in the dashboard; this guide doesn’t link directly to installers.
Windows: Import a remote configuration
On your Windows device, sign in to the dashboard and open the Downloads section to get the Windows client. Run the installer, follow the system prompts, and open the client. Find the configuration manager or subscription list first rather than looking for the connect button. Without an imported configuration, the client won’t know which routes are available.
Return to your account overview and use the matching import option, or choose the option in the client to add a configuration from a link and paste the full subscription URL. Save it, update the subscription, and check that routes appear in the list. Set the imported configuration as the one currently in use. If the system asks for permission to use network features, verify the app’s source and follow the prompt before testing the connection.
macOS: Install the client and check system permissions
On your Mac, open the Downloads section in the dashboard, choose the macOS client, and follow the installation instructions shown there. The first time you open it, macOS may ask for permission. Read the prompt and confirm that you’re authorizing the VPN15 client you downloaded. If macOS asks you to confirm permission in Settings, do so and then return to the client. Don’t continue with the import just because you closed the prompt.
Open the subscription or configuration section in the client. Use the dashboard’s import option or add the remote subscription manually. After saving and updating, check that the configuration is selected and routes have loaded. If you use other proxy or network management tools on your Mac, check whether they also change network settings to avoid multiple tools taking turns controlling the connection. For more detailed installation and permission steps, see the macOS installation and setup guide.
Android: Allow the network connection
On your Android device, sign in to the dashboard in a browser and download the Android client from the Downloads section. Follow your device’s prompts to install it, and check where the installation file came from. Open the client and go to configuration or subscription management to add the subscription link copied from the dashboard. You can also use the matching import option in the dashboard to send the configuration to the client.
Update the subscription and choose a route before connecting. Android may show a system confirmation asking to establish a VPN connection; check the app name and allow it. Once connected, open the app you want to use and test access. If the connection often drops when you switch apps or lock the screen, check the system’s background activity settings for the client. Settings names vary by device, so follow the prompts on your screen.
iOS: Open the download link from the dashboard
On your iPhone or iPad, sign in to the dashboard and check that your plan has been purchased and hasn’t expired. Then open the iOS client’s App Store link in the Downloads section. If the dashboard says a plan is required, check your plan status there; there’s no need to search the website for another installer. Once you have the client, open it and find the subscription, configuration, or add option to import your account subscription.
Return to the dashboard and use the matching import feature, or copy the link and add a remote configuration in the client. Update it and check that routes have loaded, then choose a route and connect. The first time you connect, iOS may ask to add a VPN configuration; follow the prompt to allow it. To switch routes later, use the client. Don’t mistake configuration records in iOS Settings for the subscription manager.
Linux: Use the client provided in the dashboard
Linux users should also sign in to the dashboard and check the Downloads section for the available client and installation instructions. Choose the content provided for your distribution, install it, then use the client’s subscription or configuration option to import your subscription. Follow the client instructions for any network permissions; don’t apply installation steps from another platform. Whichever platform you use, first check that routes appear in the list, then connect and test access.
Connect to a route and check it works
After updating your subscription, select the current configuration, then choose a location from the route list that suits the service you want to access. VPN15 covers 90+ countries with 240+ routes, including IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. You don’t need to compare every route when testing for the first time. Start with one route, then adjust based on how it works for you. See the server page for details on locations and route types.
Once connected, check that the client shows a connected status and that the system has granted any required network permissions. The client’s status only confirms that a step in the connection process is complete; it doesn’t replace testing access yourself. Open the website or app you want to use and try loading a page, refreshing content, or carrying out a routine task. If an app is still showing an old page, close and reopen it, then check again.
If websites work but a particular app still doesn’t, check the client’s current mode and the app’s connection settings. Apps may have their own proxy options, and browsers can use separate configurations. Avoid letting multiple network tools manage the same connection. Keep the client’s default recommended settings and test access before making changes. If you do need to adjust rules, change one setting at a time so you can tell what made a difference.
If access still fails after connecting, check these items in order: your account plan is active, the subscription updated successfully, the correct configuration is selected, and the route is connected. Once you’ve confirmed each step, try another route. Switching routes can help distinguish a route issue from a device setting, but it doesn’t replace checking your plan status. Access to streaming platforms and AI tools also depends on the platform account, location, and service availability; check the actual result.
Once everything works, note where to find the connect toggle and subscription update option in the client. To use another device, repeat the installation and import steps with the same account. VPN15 allows unlimited simultaneous devices, but each device’s usage draws on the data allowance for your plan. Check your remaining data in the account overview from time to time. If you have a monthly plan, also keep track of the reset date based on your plan’s start date.
