Monthly plan data resets on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrade price differences are prorated against the remaining days. Data bundles last until used, never expire, and do not reset monthly.

Choose a Plan for Your Usage

Monthly plans suit people who regularly use international routes. Data bundles are for less predictable usage or anyone who wants unused data to carry over indefinitely. The difference is in billing and data management, not the number of devices. Consider your usual work, streaming, and file transfer habits before choosing.

Not sure what you need? You don't have to choose the largest data allowance. Text pages, work messages, and video use data differently, and background syncing also affects your balance. Start by checking which apps you use most, then decide whether you prefer to manage data monthly or by balance.

Everyday use

60GB Monthly Plan

Billed monthly · Resets on activation date

¥9.9/month

  • 60GB of data
  • Unlimited devices
  • 90+ countries / 240+ routes
  • 7-day refund policy

A good fit for browsing, messaging, and looking up information, or for getting a sense of your usage. Use international routes across multiple devices while managing the account's shared data balance. If you regularly stream for long periods, join video calls, or sync large files, keep an eye on your balance. The entry-level plan does not include unlimited data.

250GB Monthly Plan

Billed monthly · Resets on activation date

¥18/month

  • 250GB of data
  • Unlimited devices
  • 90+ countries / 240+ routes
  • 7-day refund policy

For people who regularly use collaboration tools, web-based AI tools, and online resources, or want to manage work and personal use in one account. It includes more data than the entry-level plan, but that does not guarantee faster app response times. Video calls, cloud syncing, and streaming all use data, so check your actual usage in the user panel to see if it fits.

500GB Monthly Plan

Billed monthly · Resets on activation date

¥28/month

  • 500GB of data
  • Unlimited devices
  • 90+ countries / 240+ routes
  • 7-day refund policy

A good fit for people who stream video, transfer lots of files, or use several devices. The larger monthly allowance gives you more room to plan, but you still need to track your balance and monthly reset date. A higher data tier does not include memberships to specific apps or replace third-party accounts. Access also depends on route location, app policies, and your local network.

Balances & Billing Cycles

Data Bundle Expiration

Data bundles last until used and never expire. They let you manage data as a balance rather than allotting it to billing months. If you don't need a connection for a while, your remaining data stays available. When you return, check your balance and plan status in the user panel.

Monthly plan data resets on the activation date, not necessarily on the first of the month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Check the updated validity period in the user panel before making changes. Don't apply the bundle's no-expiration rule to monthly plans, or monthly reset rules to data bundles.

Use the orders and plan details in the user panel to check balances and plan changes across billing methods. If you already have a plan, check its current status before choosing another. For questions about your balance or validity period, submit a support ticket with your order details rather than estimating how changes will combine.

Included with every plan

Route coverage

90+ countries / 240+ routes

Choose international routes by region on every plan. IEPL private lines, relay routes, and direct connections are different route types; the name alone can't predict the results of every connection. Choose a region that suits your app, then adjust based on actual use. See the Servers page → for a full guide to regions and route types.

Devices & Platforms

Unlimited devices

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The number of devices doesn't determine which plan to choose; the data allowance is what you'll need to manage. All devices share the account's data. Households using several devices should pay particular attention to video streaming and background syncing.

Account & Privacy

Anonymous, no-logs policy

Create an account with a username and password—no email required. Keep your login details safe, and read the Privacy Policy to learn how the service handles data. The anonymous, no-logs policy describes the service's practices; it doesn't mean third-party websites can't identify activity on your account.

Getting Started & Support

Client Downloads & Support Tickets

Get clients and subscription details from the user panel. For setup and import steps, see the Getting Started guide. Streaming access depends on actual results; support isn't guaranteed for every route. If you run into an issue, submit a ticket with your platform, route region, and error message so the team can investigate.

The network acceleration subscription does not include memberships to third-party apps. Account eligibility, content availability, and regional policies for AI tools, collaboration services, and streaming platforms are determined by those platforms.

Best forRegular use, with data managed monthlyOccasional use, with data managed by remaining balance

When choosing a data allowance, first distinguish occasional use from regular usage. A one-off file transfer can use a lot of data at once, while regular meetings and streaming can create ongoing demand. A higher tier gives you more data but doesn't mean a particular route will always be faster. For connection issues, first check your local network, route region, and app status.

When comparing prices, consider how long the data lasts. Monthly plans reset each month; data bundles never expire while they have a remaining balance. We don't estimate data use based on viewing time or file count. Actual consumption depends on content quality, app syncing, and how you use the service.

Payment Methods & Order Checks

AlipayWeChat PayUSDT

Check the billing method before paying

The plan button takes you to the plans page in the user panel. After signing in, check the plan name, data allowance, price, and billing method before continuing to checkout. If you already have a plan, check its current validity period and data balance too. This is especially important for mid-cycle upgrades—don't rely on the new tier name alone.

Then choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as shown at checkout. For USDT payments, carefully check the network, amount, and payment details displayed on the page. Follow the current order instructions rather than reusing details from an older order. This static site does not provide payment addresses or QR codes.

Confirm your order after payment

After paying, return to the user panel and check that the order is marked complete and your account shows the plan you selected. Check both the payment page result and the order status in the panel. If the status hasn't updated yet, check your existing order first to avoid duplicate payments and make verification harder.

If you've paid but have questions about your plan status, open a support ticket from the panel with your order details, payment method, and a description of the issue. Keep proof of payment available for verification. If you attach a screenshot, redact any information unrelated to the issue. Follow replies and updates in the same ticket.

Refunds & After-Sales Support

7-day refund policy

Read the Terms of Service →

VPN15 offers a 7-day refund policy, no reason required. See the Terms of Service for eligibility details. Before choosing a plan, review the data rules, supported platforms, and refund policy—not just the price. Connection quality varies with your local network and chosen route, so check whether the apps you use most work as expected.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and open a support ticket with your request and order details. Include the plan name, payment method, and any questions that need checking so the team can locate the right order. There's no need to open multiple tickets for the same request; add any follow-up details to the original ticket.

For installation, import, or connection issues, try the Getting Started guide first. In your ticket, include the platform, route region, and error message. Keep technical issues and refund requests separate so the goal is clear. Check refund progress in your ticket. This page makes no additional promises about processing times or payment provider timelines.

Billing & Refund FAQs

How much do VPN15 plans cost?
Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month for 250GB; and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data bundles cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Bundles last until used and never expire. Monthly data resets on the activation date.
How many devices can connect at once?
Unlimited devices can be connected at once. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Devices on the same account share its data balance, so unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
Refunds are available within 7 days, no reason required. Sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, and include the order you want refunded and your request. See the Terms of Service for eligibility details, then follow progress in your ticket.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel and check the plan name, price, and billing method on your order before following the checkout instructions. After payment, return to the panel to confirm the order status.
When does monthly data reset, and how are mid-cycle upgrades calculated?
Data resets monthly on the activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before changing plans, check your current plan, reset date, and updated validity period in the user panel. An upgrade does not start a new full billing cycle.
How do I choose between a monthly plan and a data bundle?
Choose a monthly plan for regular use with predictable monthly needs. Choose a data bundle for occasional use or if you prefer not to plan data by month. Bundles last until used and never expire. Both options include a set amount of data; neither offers unlimited usage.
