Service Scope

VPN15 provides international routes for cross-border access and subscription management, with coverage in 90+ countries and 240+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client software, subscription details, and account management options are provided through the user panel.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include third-party memberships, content licenses, or account privileges. Third parties set their own regional policies, content catalogs, and access rules. Route coverage does not guarantee access to any particular website.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure, and use them only on trusted devices. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, change your password promptly and report the issue through a ticket. Do not send passwords or complete subscription links when submitting a ticket.

Unlimited devices can be online at the same time for devices managed by the account holder. This does not authorize reselling, distributing, or publicly sharing a subscription. Selling accounts, renting out routes, sharing account credentials, or publishing subscription details is prohibited. Users are responsible for account activity within their control.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply in their location and to their activities, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, malware distribution, network attacks, unauthorized data collection, or other unlawful activity.

Do not disrupt service operations, access another person's account without authorization, damage network infrastructure, or interfere with other users' normal use. Network acceleration does not change users' responsibility for accessed content, published information, or transactions, and does not replace any authorization required by a third-party platform.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device settings, destination websites, and route maintenance. VPN15 does not promise the same experience in every location or at all times, or for every destination service. Route examples are not guarantees of fixed performance.

If a connection issue occurs, check your local network and try another route first. Then submit a ticket with your device platform, route name, and error message. Impacts caused by third-party service changes or events beyond reasonable control will be handled according to the circumstances. No limitation of liability excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or any of the user's statutory rights.

Refund Requests and Processing

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit a request through a user panel ticket, state that you want a refund, and provide the relevant order details. A connection issue is not required to make a request.

VPN15 will verify the date of first payment, payment record, and order ownership, then provide an update through the ticket. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund arrangements will be confirmed through the ticket after verification. These terms do not promise a fixed processing time; payment provider processing may affect when funds arrive.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases involving unlawful use, unauthorized resale or sharing, account misuse, or disruption of service operations, VPN15 may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate an account based on the circumstances. Users who disagree with an action may submit an explanation and relevant records through a ticket. Account actions do not automatically remove any refund or other rights available under applicable law.

When service rules change, VPN15 will publish the revised terms on this page and update the date. Changes that affect important user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to orders already in effect. Review updates before continuing to use the service, and submit a ticket with any questions.
